Well after you pass the double 5, things to tend to go downhill. Below are some things I actually found working well for me to keep equipment fully erect.

- Eat spinach and avocado. What I do is make myself toast with avocado, raw spinach and sprinkle with some salt and pepper. I like a bit of spice, so I add green or red chili peppers. Tastes good, and the effect (to my surprise) is very much noticeable.
- Go to the gym. I use Fit4Less, which is super cheap, no upselling of personal trainers or programs, and really has everything I need in a gym. I've been going 3 to 4 times per week since December of last year. It makes a big difference, specially in lowering blood pressure, which for me was an issue.
- Avoid too much alcohol. I cut back to having a beer Fridays and Saturdays only, none during the week.
- If you are using the blue pill, don't combine it with a sumptious fatty dinner before as it pretty much kills the whole purpose of that pill.
- Have sex, or in absence, enjoy a little "me" time.
- Don't fret about it if you've had problems rising to the occasion before. The brain is a funny thing, and very powerful. Once you start with anxiety, it's going to make it that much more difficult. Just don't take it too serious and enjoy the moment.

Alot of diet advise is way overstated. Soy is very good for you, Tofu is lightly processed beans. Also soy is a better bean for protein. Eating beans will put years on your life. Studies show there is no effect from the estrogen in soy . I am no vegetarian I just study and follow nutrition alot. Beets are good for your libido known for extra performance in athletes and called ancient egyptian viagra also eating healthy food can keep your prostate in check.

How much alcohol are we talking about though? It doesn't affect my performance at all, unless I drink just immediately before sex. But, I'm just an occasional drinker. It may be different for someone who is a regular drinker, like every day. Then yes, it would affect your erection.

I drank half bottle of wine and it effected my erection after trying second round. My heart was beating fast and I couldn't get an erection. First round was fine because I didn't drink any alcohol.

And not just for weights. Cardio is just as important for fun times and is often overlooked
 
Sleep is so insanely overlooked and I'm guilty of it. Don't stay up too late, get at least 6 hours minimum, body repair time.
 
Sure and that's important. Get out of breath though and that noticeably lowers the fun 😅
Yes 150 minutes of moderate cardio a week is recommended. It is all a part of good health and circulation. Having sex once or more a week significantly lowers all-cause mortality. So fucking is good.

I was specifically talking about beer, since prolactin and phytoestrogens are particularly bad for male potency.
