Eifel Tower to AdT is probably 2 miles, suggest a taxi - I have walked it but not under a 7 hour time hammer, incl. travel to and from CDG as well as time for an EXPENSIVE quickie. A few good places in Paris:

1 - The park on the west side of town. You need to have a car - Its too dangerous to walk

I was in Paris in 2005 -in the Moulin Rouge area -I just walked down some side streets off the main circle drive (not sure the name) -and looked for girls hanging outside of a bar.
