Thanks for clearing this up. I had to read the first part twice, but now I get it.
Now the question is how good the tug is -- is it sensuous and extended, or is it more matter-of-fact and efficient?

the tug is very nice. its slow and she has a fairly decent technique. no touching or anything but at least she doesnt use gloves or anything. but it is a very relaxing experience. for $50 for 1hr rub and a 20min tug (ymmv) its worth it. make sure u tell her ahead of time that u want a tug so that there adequate time for it after your massage.

Phoned up Kathy (778.885.5254) yesterday and scheduled an hour massage for this evening. She is located in a ground level townhouse across the street from the Rainbow (Kingsway & Royal Oak). The place was clean and she has a proper massage table set up on the second floor.
