Its been a while that I have been to Macau and Hong Kong.

In Macau almost all casinos will have Chinese freelancers. Then there are the spas (not sure about the locations though).

In Hong Kong the red light area is in Mongkok Dundas & Portland streets on the Kowloon side which have whores in almost all small hotel rooms. Most hotels display ads at the entrance of their hotels with prices. And then there are pick-up clubs in Wan Chai which is on the other side. Best to travel by their MTR trains.
