No not neccessarily as they tend to employee lazy/people who arent very money motivated.

It would have a higher chance than an RMT or a lady working at a day spa (also technically legit) but still few and far between.

In the states this is more common as they have a much better immigrant class (hello big booty latinas) vs our class of cows in saris.
