Ouch. Maybe it’s time to verify phone numbers. Like ask for the last 4 digits of the booking person’s phone number or something… unless you already know the person and their #. A few other places have asked me to verify in the past.

Most of the spa affiliated guys here don't want to give thier numbers out and they blend in as regular clients.

One person last week gave us thier mp username when we asked for a name and number for appointment.When our receptionist is booking appointment she don't know who is who on mp. Makes it's confusing for her.
