The spas with the Zoning issues at 155 and 165 seem to have closed (correct me if I am wrong) and some places were slow to start the month, but things seem relatively back to normal. Some girls have moved to other shops outside of RH, a few permanently a few for a time then returning to their usual shops.

Bellagio's promoter is touting they are busier than ever noting nearby closures and advertising reticence by other spas. Even if we take his claims with a grain of salt, this seems to be playing out fairly slower than was feared and hobbyist's haven't reported any issues as customers during their visits.

Enforcement of bylaws often moves slower than the enforcement of criminal laws.

If this was a criminal situation LE would conduct multiple raids simultaneously after collecting enough evidence. In this case I have a feeling that the city is still trying to get their ducks in a row before any further action is taken.

I would guess that the biggest issue would be that many attendants don't have the proper lisence. I see a lot of attendants with profiles at multiple locations over a short period of time.

If it's true that some of the places at 155 and 165 have closed or decided to move, then the city can call that a win. The others may get occasional by-law checks for RMT availability, but that really has nothing to do with us.

Business is at record levels recently at various East Beaver Creek locations, from what I have been told, girls don't even have time for for lunch. I believe only 2 Spas actually closed or temporarily closed, "theone Spa" and "Blue Ocean", both at 165.

Visited JR yesterday for the foot combo, great deal great lady. No signs there of any by-law issues, my attendant said no issues for the shop and business as usual. Customers there when I arrived and a couple of guys there waiting when I left, parking looked pretty full as usual.

Peeked into SL said hi to Coco, they had a usual roster on for the day and the blond girl was already busy. Drove around the building no cars on Bellagio side but busy at the front of the building.

No by-law vehicles sighted.
