I was told personal care is not good in R Hill. no foot massage or head massage without lic, Osteo lic and Holistic lic are not good in R Hill.

Getting RMT lic to keep the spa open is no big deal but all employees must have RMT lic to perform massage is quite impossible.

First the owner need to get license. Body rub attendent license is affiliated to spa.When you apply for such license the application asks what spa you work
