They want to reform the system since many of the holistic centres are functioning as body rub parlours.
The consultation is being done using an outside company.
The process is being rushed causing the decision makers to be uninformed

York Region has never followed Toronto’s lead. Hours of business? No limits. Holistic provider licensing? Who needs it? Hopefully saner heads prevail & they dont drive them underground or to leave Toronto. Many incalls & agencies operate in Toronto with no controls at all.
