Why the double standards?

Going to a WG is the same as picking someone up in a bar, only more honest.

I've gone on dates where I only had one intention and so did the woman (unfortunately, not the same intention!!) As far as I can recall, I never told whoppers to get my way - I have told girls I was a Brazillian Air Force Pilot, but that was only to see how much lies I could get away with, as a bet with Reviewiends, not to bed the girls!

If someone has the propensity to cheat on their partners, its irrelevant whether they do it with a WG or the neighbour, except with the WG, you're not lying to get your end away.

I can't speak for all wg's but in my case I'm doing it to stop my house being repossed. It's a means to an end. If I was not in this position, I would not do it and it is not a career choice I dreampt about as a child. More a matter of me using the assets and resources I have to aid a situation.

I imagine most wg's (not all) but most, do it for a similar reason and would not feel the need to do it if with a partner who was able to contribute financially. Having said that, I can't afford to give up at the moment, so I wouldn't throw myself into a situation where giving up was the answer, unless I really thought it had legs and would work.

I certainly wouldn't have a problem with the first three options. In fact, I'd go as far to say that if my marriage broke down, I'd be more inclined to have relationships with wgs because there would be no need to lie about sex.

Knowing what I know now about myself, I would be very wary of entering into a serious relationship with somebody who wasn't OK with me nipping out to the parlour on a fairly regular basis.

It would depend on the girl and the culture in which she was raised, but the only instance I know of this was a Reviewiend who (unwisely) fell in love with a Thai bar girl. I do not know if she intended to remain faithful or if she married him solely for what she could get, but I do know the marriage did not last long. As many a farang has come to learn: It's easy to take a girl Reviewom a bar, but much harder (or impossible) to take the bar culture Reviewom the girl.

That is a little presumptious. Apart Reviewom one blip last year, I have been single for 10 years. If I were to enter a serious relationship I would either look at stopping work as a wg, or bare minimum not want my partner to play with other women. The difference is, however much the sex may be enjoyed, it is done as a means of making money and not recreational, whereas you would be doing it purely for the enjoyment.

I have to keep my emotions in check while doing this, it's not my place to bring my heart in to play, but entering a relationship would change the goal posts and I really don't think infedility is part of the plan for me. I'd love to be monogomous.

I wouldn't take it to heart. I posted probably not to marrying a swinger because I'm not into swinging. I thought it would be unfair on the lady, she would want to go out and meet other partners I'd want to stay at home. It would never work out. It would also be unfair on the girl to want her to change her ways.

I wouldn't expect someone to ask me to change so it would be unfair to ask another to change.
