going to Phils in Oct for a month..anyone up for a beer?

Hey im an aussie dude off to Manila then AC and probably Cebu to sample the nightlife. Reviewom what i have gathered Reviewom the posts on here manila is expensive (the girls not the town) but pretty, AC ugly but cheap (girls and the city?) and Cebu and Boracay beautiful but pricey (are gorgeous but girls not plentiful).
Im hoping to pick up a local stunner Reviewom a mall etc and just do the temporary gf/travel partner thing but im sure i wont stay away Reviewom the bars for long.
Anyone based there permanently or in Phils at the same time?
I would love to have someone to hang with for a beer or two and appreciate the 'sights' so to speak

Never been to Laos, but have touched on Cambodia briefly. VERY CHEAP!!! What you for-go in quality you make up for in bargain-based holiday. Thier 3 largest cities are the only places to go I am told, for a short trip: PP, Siam Reap, and Siounkville. P4P in PP was interesting. Some decent birds to spend ya time with for as low as $10 a pop! Also some very average ones too. I would only suggest CAMBO if you are interested in the sights as well as the play. If for play only..better off in the catered joints like Thailand etc...
Depends what ya into really. I'm going to PHIL to check out the scene with the ladies as well as see some of the countryside. Wanna do some diving and surfing too, so not all about tapping ****!!!
Best thing about Cambodia though......0.50cent DRAUGHT BEERS!!!!!! Good too! Whoo-hoo!!

hmm good advice, ostensibly going for p4p but i still think i will enjoy cambodia more than pattaya, stopped briefly in both places in 08 and got hassled waay too much just walking down the street in Patt.
More laid back and straight up in Cam plus cheap cheap without trying booked a week which should take care of most of my fantasies
got two weeks in phils too, should i do borocay or cebu or both?
lookin forward to those 50 cent beers!

My cherry trip to PHIL next week, so have no idea mate. I hear Boracay is the duck-nuts for parties and beautiful beaches....in the dry season anyway. I also hear Cebu has some smoking hot ladies. I am catching up with a Cebu beauty for a few days as part of my trip. (argh...the internet. )
As far as hassles in Cambo...the ****ing tuk-tuk drivers......FAARRRKKk ME!!! But yeah...the girls are cruzy! Still...Patts is a hardcore mongers paradise. I never last long there, but good for 2-3 days of madness.
But yeah...like I said....FIFTY CENT BEERS!!!! (you painting a picture of me yet?)
Ok..now piss off! I'm trying to watch the Titans derail the Hayne Train! Grrrrrrrrrrrrr

pretty vivid picture so far, a beer drinking, footy loving queenslander with a taste for poontang. .i like the cut of your jib with the only caveat being i must remember to reReviewain Reviewom bringing up anything origin related (far too embarrassing for a new south welshman..used to be a parra supporter too but too bogan and i live nr redfern so the rabbitohs it is!).
I do recall the ceaseless attentions of the tuk-tuk guys but for some reason i find it easier to smile and keep walking past gap toothed little brown men than i do when its the fairer sex hanging off my arms..
phils should be good but im getting more and more excited about PP, i guess because its a little edgier there yet still more of a sure thing.
also i think makati will be just a one night thing, then head to Cebu, borocay and finish up the two weeks with a bang in AC..

And mpter a quick look at Fields get yourself up the other end on Perimeter.



Best bars Silver Dollar and Lone Star (both have web sites).
There are a half dozen more around Mango.

I lived in Cebu city for three years man, and Date In Asia was the bulk store.
I used to get a different chick to visit about once every two weeks (and I'm 64)
What you have to do is ask them straight out "Are you ok to stay with me a few nights in my hotel?"
Some will say "Oh that's not right" but most will say "sure".
You then cement the deal with "I hope you're not scared to have sex with a foreigner"
And so on. I'm sure you can work out the chat yourself.
But what I'm saying is get some commitment Reviewom them that they are OK with the deal.
By the way, any 18 year old, ask "are you running 18?" and you will almost always get the answer "yes".

Actually...he's spot on in both cases...if it wasn't for cheap sex no one would go to AC..it is one giant shit hole

sure there are some expensive clubs there....not hard to work it out the moment you walk in...they will generally be full of Koreans

the advice that Perimeter is better value than Field's is good though...better prices and a more real experience up there...try Candy Bar, Dirty Ducks and Lost in Asia.....all good smaller bars with a great selection and prices which won't break anyone's bank

I think you need to realize that the sex scene (Fields and Perimeter) are about 2% of Angeles city area, if that.
And it contributes less than 5% to the financial side.
Before i moved here I had been here three times and was of the opinion that Fields was AC.
AC is newer and cleaner than Cebu city by far. And it's Reviewiggin HUGE.


But like walking street in Pattaya, you need to see it once.



Yup, not so many tourists, mostly expats and their Reviewiends.
Lost In Asia has a great deal on weekends.
Lady drink 150 includes a Reviewee San Mig.

AC is the retirement home of thousands of USA, British and Australian air men and navy (Subic bay) most of whom never go to fields.
