It seems like Slim's going to stop going to MP's in Calgary. The price for a 1/2 hour rub and tug has gone to $95??? Fuck that. No more sessions from me at that price.

My $ is going to Edmonton or suitable Indies. It's gotten out of hand here and I won't support it anymore. I know I won't put a dent it anyone's business as there are suckers here everyday with money to burn.

Supply and demand. Supply the ones that are ok with just under a hundred for a tug. I ain't having it.

$95 HJ has no VFM in my books. I'll take a decent SW's $40 CBJ instead.

So if you see a decline in my postings about Calgary MP's you know why.

It's a shame.

Bravo Slim. I agree that MP prices are ridiculously inflated and that if there are enough like minded mongers that TELL the MPs they wont pay-and then walk away perhaps (but I doubt it) the message will eventually get through. That said as Slim so aptly put it "there are suckers here everyday with money to burn"

We have 470 members on this board-how many in Calgary? Not enough to impact MPs business methinks.

Yes, I've given up on the MP scene as well. More bang for your buck with the Indies. Not as convenient, but sure a lot easier on the pocket book.

$100 for a handjob

The Maid stroll has gone to the shitter for the locals. If you are from out of town and don't know better than I guess it's a good deal.

I don't mind paying for quality but it just seems to be few and far between.

It is good to try and keep the POP reasonable - Calgary has consistently been going down in quality and up in price, not every girl mind you, but the industry in general. Hobbiests get input on the price point, and I hope more people follow the lead of Hugh and Slim.

Forgive my ignorance. Any hint as to where the "other stroll" is? The few times I've been out I've done the maid stroll and always felt ripped off.

Well Kaz, there are actually several strolls in town, ranging from "hmmm, she looks good but rips me off," through "oh my god, what was I THINKING???"

There is the one you mentioned along third avenue. It used to be all right (going back several years) but it has become a trap for tourists who don't do any research ahead of time.

Then there is the Center Street stroll, which ranges from Center street and 15th avenue south through to 3rd or 4th street west and about 13th avenue SW.

The third stroll is east of City Hall, across the LRT tracks, basically between Fort Calgary to the east and a block east of the LRT tracks.

The forth stroll in around the Town and Country in Forest Lawn. I would definitely not recommend this area. Generally if you go to this stroll, you're scraping the bottom of the barrel.

I would skip all these areas and simply contact an SP instead of an SW. It's a much better and safer choice to make; less chance of hassle by LE and the SP's (with a couple of exceptions from the phone lines, NOT legit ones that have been reviewed here many times) won't rip you off.

But that's how I see it.

3rd avenue-- some real hotties but way overpriced -- here's what i was quoted

Centre street-- seems to range from good looking to fugly and from seasoned prosto the infrequent semi-pros
