Best Ping Pong Show In Patong?

My wife and I would like to see a ping pong/gold fish show or whatever else I'm missing.

Which place would you say is the best in Patong? I assume they are all going to overcharge for drinks?

Any tips of which club to go or ways to not get ripped off a lot?

I assume look at the menu prices before ordering. Should I allow one of the people with ping pong show papers? to take me to the place? Or is it the same if i find it on my own?

Any other tips?

have a wander down soi sea dragon and see what you can find,check prices before hand and pay as soon as the drinks arrive to avoid padded bills.

Like Steve W says, don't be shy, right down the far end on the right, bottoms up agogo will hit the spot, but check out suzy wongs next door for fun too.
Ask them to show you drink prices list before you buy, 160baht+ per drink should be it, but they will also have a whip round for the show too.

I have been to two since arriving in Phuket. The first one was in low season and I went with an older Thai woman. We paid nothing and had no pressure to drink, tip, or spend money. I believe it was related to the Thai woman and the fact that she gets what she wants.

I went more recently, high season, and had to pay. I was with some people from out of town that really wanted to see it and did not care about price. We went inside, checked the prices, checked the place, and then moved along. We did this at about 4 places before deciding on one. Do not let them pressure you and try and get the price down as low as you are willing to pay, of course do not expect it to be free. We paid 300 each, and that included a drink. A bit high but the skin tone says it all.

As for your choice of show. Good luck on that one. They will tell you that the show is starting now or in 5 minutes, and they will also state that the show includes all. I am not saying that they lie, but you might have to stay a while. They tend to do a lot of repeats before getting to the good stuff. Of course this is just based on my opinion/experiences. We ended up seeing a pretty decent show though, on the more recent trip. It included lesbian(lame), darts, razor blades, goldfish, cigarettes, whistle, and ping pong.

Oh, and if your woman is down for it sit as close to seforum.xxxe as possible. I think the ladies on seforum.xxxe respond more to couples than single dudes. That is what I saw.

i did not know there is such a thing as a good ping pong show ( or goldfish, darts, wse. ) IMHO they are all ridiculous and of course overpriced drinks included!!

the only thing they could get me interested so far was lesbian shows up in patts!!:intello:

Trip Report:

I went to Suzy Wong and paid 350 baht total for a Heineken and a Cocktail. No push to buy more drinks or lady drinks but having my wife with me probably helped with the LD part.

The girls were above average for go go standards i assume. All the girls on seforum.xxxe would be one off one on every song and they were topless.

After spending about 30 minutes and no word or sign of a ping pong show we decided to head to bottoms up.

No touts and paid the same price for drinks as Suzy Wong they was just finishing up the ping pong show as we sat down.

The girls were in bra/underwear not topless and not as hot as suzy wong girls imo.

After about 10 minutes the show began again and we saw the fishing hook trick, the blow the candle out trick, the long boa trick, the mouse trick, the water to coke trick, and shooting a (banana i think?) many times up in the air.

Entertaining after that finished which lasted about 15 minutes a lady walked around with a sign that said next show in 10 minutes.

I tipped the show girl 100 baht in her bucket that she walked around with and we called it a night.

Never payed anything to enter any of the pingpong show bars in Soi Sea Dragon, always avoided the touts and walked in myself!
Drinks prices were same as any other GoGo Bar and up to you if you would leave a note or two in their tip-basket!
Shows usually only last a few minutes with some ugly old granny pulling out some stuff from her muff, after that you might be up for a long wait until next show if there is not enough customer in the bar!
Suzie Wong doesn't have Ping Pong Shows what I've seen, but is more known as a foam-tube whacking fun bar!:^^:
